Quick-Task Setup in Shopify Bots

Quick-Tasking, often referred to as QT, is a valuable feature supported by most Shopify bots. While its effectiveness may have diminished due to the prevalence of Shopify automations, QT remains a critical tool for securing limited-edition sneakers and items from lesser-known stores or those lacking preset configurations in bots. This guide will walk you through the process of setting up Quick-Tasks for successful Shopify botting.

Understanding Quick-Tasking Options

1. Monitor Providers and Quick Tasks: In your Cookgroup, you’ll typically have access to monitors, including those for Shopify websites. These monitors often feature buttons for Quick-Tasking. Depending on your monitor provider, you may encounter two main Quick-Tasking options:

1. Monitor Providers and Quick Tasks: In your Cookgroup, you’ll typically have access to monitors, including those for Shopify websites. These monitors often feature buttons for Quick-Tasking. Depending on your monitor provider, you may encounter two main Quick-Tasking options:

  • Option 1 (e.g., B1, B2, B3): Some monitors provide a straightforward way to set up Quick Tasks. These options are usually labeled B1, B2, B3, and so on.
  • Option 2 (Bot-Specific QT Presets): Other monitor providers offer Quick Tasks tailored to specific bots like Valor, Cyber, Wrath, MekAIO, and more..

2. Configuring Quick Tasks:

  • For Option 1, click the “configure” (CFG) button next to the desired Quick-Task option. This will direct you to a webpage where you can assign bots to each preset. For example, you can designate Wrath as your B1, Mek as your B2, and Cyber as your B3.

3. Bot Quick-Task Settings:

  • To ensure Quick-Task functionality, it’s essential to have your bot’s QT settings properly configured. These settings may vary among different bots, but here’s a general idea of what you might encounter:

Key QT Settings for Every Bot

For any bot, your QT settings typically include:

  1. Profiles: Select the profiles you intend to use for Quick-Tasks.
  2. Proxies: Choose the proxies you want to employ for your tasks.
  3. Optional Captcha Provider: In most cases, when using Fast Mode, you won’t require a captcha provider.
  4. Sizes: Specify the sizes for the products you plan to QT.
  5. Number of Tasks: Determine how many tasks you wish to create.

Launching Quick-Tasks

Once you’ve configured these settings, you’re ready to QT products. Here’s how it works:

  1. Monitor Alert: When a product you want to Quick-Task becomes available on the monitor, you’ll receive an alert.

  2. Initiating Quick-Tasks: To start Quick-Tasks instantly, simply click the corresponding QT button (e.g., B1, Cyber, or your chosen option). This action launches tasks that will attempt to purchase the product swiftly.

In-Bot Monitors (Additional Feature)

Some bots offer in-bot monitors, providing a streamlined way to QT products. These monitors allow you to refine your Shopify monitor within the bot, specifying the websites or keywords you want to focus on.

It’s important to note that, even with in-bot monitors, you must have your QT settings correctly configured for this feature to work effectively.

With these settings in place, you are well-prepared to initiate Quick-Tasks for Shopify products, enhancing your chances of securing limited-edition items and sneakers.
